I have been teaching some form of fitness for over 10 years. I am trained in pilates, barre, hiit, megaformer, aerial, yoga, meditation and breath work. My method, is a melting pot of my trainings. We as humans are capable of transforming and healing through mindfulness & movement. That's been my personal experience.
